AMAR PC Delivery Informations

By ordering online on AmarPC website, you can get all the products delivered at home to any part of Bangladesh!

The terms of online delivery within Dhaka are as follows:

Cash on delivery (COD) facility is available only for online order in Dhaka.

Buyer will receive product delivery within 3-5 working days of order confirmation.

Delivery charge is subject to change depending on the product and location. Free delivery does not apply to all products.

The terms of online delivery outside Dhaka are as follows:

In case of online order outside Dhaka, delivery will be done through courier service, full or partial price has to be paid in advance for booking of the product.

The courier service charge and the charge of conditional payment will be paid by the buyer. The delivery time of the product and the delivery charge will depend on the specific courier service and the variation of the product.

AmarPC will not be liable for any damage to the goods transported during the courier service.

After booking the goods by courier, it is no longer the responsibility of AmarPC, but if the buyer wants, he can collect the booking number and all the information related to the booking from AmarPC.

The goods sent by courier should be collected directly by the buyer from his nearest courier service branch.

পণ্য প্রদানের তথ্য ও নিয়মসমূহ

AmarPC ওয়েবসাইটে অনলাইন অর্ডার করে সকল প্রোডাক্ট ঘরে বসেই ডেলিভারি পেতে পারেন বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো প্রান্তে!

ঢাকার ভিতর অনলাইন ডেলিভারি এর শর্তাবলী নিম্নরূপঃ

শুধুমাত্র ঢাকার মধ্যে অনলাইন অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ‘Cash on delivery (COD)’ সুবিধা রয়েছে।

অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার ৩-৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ক্রেতা পণ্য ডেলিভারি পাবেন।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ পন্য ও স্থান ভেদে পরিবর্তন যোগ্য। ফ্রি ডেলিভারি সকল পন্যের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য নয়।

আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনারগন (যেমনঃ RedX, Pathao, eCourier) তাদের নিজ নিজ শর্তাবলী সংরক্ষন করেন।

হোম ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা পন্য ব্যাবহার করে দেখার সুযোগ পাবেন না। তবে সম্ভব হয় তবে প্রোডাক্ট আনবক্সিং এর একটি ভিডিও ধারন করবেন। কোন ধরনের ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পন্য গ্রহন করলে সাথে সাথে তা আমাদের অবগত করুন।

ঢাকার বাইরে অনলাইন ডেলিভারি করার নিয়ম –

ঢাকার বাইরের অনলাইন অর্ডারগুলোর জন্য কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করা হবে, প্রোডাক্ট এর বুকিং এর জন্য এর সম্পূর্ণ বা অর্ধেক পরিমান মূল্য আগে প্রদান করতে হবে।

কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস চার্জ এবং কন্ডীশনাল পে-মেন্ট এর চার্জ ক্রেতা প্রদান করবে। প্রোডাক্ট পৌঁছানোর সময় এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জ নির্ভর করবে নির্দিষ্ট কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস ও প্রোডাক্ট এর ভিন্নতার উপর।

কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসে পরিবহনকালীন পন্যের কোন ধরনের ক্ষয়ক্ষতি হলে ,তা AmarPC দায়ভার বহন করবে না।

পন্য কুরিয়ারে বুকিং এর পর তার কোন দায়িত্ব আর AmarPC বহন করবে না , তবে ক্রেতা ইচ্ছা করলে বুকিং সংক্রান্ত যাবতীয় তথ্য AmarPC থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন।

কুরিয়ারে পাঠানো পন্য ক্রেতা সরাসরি তার নিকটস্থ কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের ব্রাঞ্চ থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।

AmarPC অফিসিয়াল মোবাইল অ্যাকাউন্টঃ

পন্যের অগ্রিম মুল্য পরিশোধের জন্য আমাদের পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে এবং মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং সার্ভিস ব্যাবহার করতে পারেন। পেমেন্ট রেফারেন্সে অবশ্যই আপনার অর্ডার নাম্বারটি উল্ল্যেখ করুন।
